It has come to our attention that some of our competitors have been using our name Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle in ways intended to mislead customers into believing that they either work for us or are our company.
It should be noted that all of our vehicles have our name Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle as well as our phone number 734-222-9400 in yellow on blue font. Our drivers also wear uniforms with our name and logo on the front of their shirts.
Do not be fooled by anyone who does not match the above description pretending to operate under our name. Many passengers who have been prepaid have been picked up by our competitors claiming to be us and have had to pay the company that provided actual service on top of having paid us. Almost always their rates are higher than ours as well.
